What You Eatin? Check In (I Failed)


I'm already slipping ya'll. In my last blog post I said I would check in to share how my nutrition journey was going. Well, this mess is hard, and you know it!


I know I need to chill on the sugar and the overeating. Like I'm full, my stomach is full...so why is my behind in the pantry?


I blame it on my enhanced workouts. I've been going hard in the gym, folks. But all of that is null and void if my post-workout snack is lasagna and ice cream (dairy free ice cream but ice cream nonetheless).


I was doing great at intermittent fasting but started working out earlier and needed something on my tummy so there goes that.


I've been listening to talks on productivity and planning and so with that in mind, I created yet...another...plan.


I am going to have a particular day that I do my grocery shopping-- not sporadic trips to the online shopping apps. Then, I'm planning what I'm cooking each day that week so that I make sure I get all of the ingredients on that shopping day. Then, your girl gon' be in the kitchen because sis got goals. Not only do I wanna be fine but I want to feel fine too. So let's get ittttt. Again. And, hey we may be back next week with a similar story, but God ain't through with us yet!
